I looked up the actual numbers for that 'famous' ghost kitchen from 2020

Everyone remembers that burger place that blew up on TikTok a few years ago. The one with the crazy milkshakes. I was curious what happens to a business built on that kind of hype, so I dug into some public business filings for my state. I found out their LLC was dissolved last year. The real kicker? In the final year they filed, their reported gross revenue was under $30,000. For a whole year. That's less than some food trucks make in a good month. It made me think about how fast that kind of fame burns out when it's just about a visual gimmick. The place had lines around the block for maybe six weeks. Now it's just a closed storefront with a faded sign. Has anyone else seen a viral spot in their town completely vanish like that?

Did they ever try to sell a simpler menu?

Under $30,000 for a whole year is just wild to me. That's barely enough to cover rent and utilities for a small shop. It really shows how fast that kind of hype can disappear.

Yeah, I used to think hype lasted longer too, @the_holly.
