My viral kitchen hack got me 40k views and a burned lasagna

Last month I posted a tip about reheating lasagna in the microwave with a glass of water, and it blew up because people loved the crispy edges. Turns out I'd been putting the water on the wrong side of the plate the whole time, so it just steamed the top and left the center cold.
