Overheard a guy at Best Buy say he still has his Vine account, and it got me thinking about all those freebie reviewers who vanished
Last month I was in line at the Best Buy on 3rd and the guy ahead of me was telling the cashier he used to get 20 free products a month off that old Amazon Vine program. He said he sold most of it on eBay and then one day they just cut him off with no warning. I looked him up later and his YouTube channel has 8 videos from 2016 and nothing since. It made me realize how many of those "reviewers" were just middlemen for stuff nobody actually wanted. Did anyone else here ever get into one of those free product gigs, and what happened when it dried up?
