The "Plane Bae" girl from 2018 came into my work last month and nobody knew who she was
She sat in the lobby of my office in Austin for 20 minutes waiting for a meeting and not one person said anything to her about the viral flight thing. I only knew because I watched that whole thing play out in real time back when it was everywhere for maybe 2 weeks. She acted like a regular job applicant and honestly seemed relieved nobody brought it up. It got me thinking about all those people who got famous overnight for nothing and then had to go back to normal life. Does anyone know if she ever talked about how she dealt with the drop off after the buzz faded?
