Visited the old Fidget Spinner warehouse in Akron last week
I was driving through Ohio and saw the sign for the old factory that made those spinners back in 2017. The whole place is empty now, just a big building with a few leftover boxes in a dumpster out back. It's weird to see where a huge trend just vanished from. What happens to all the other factories that made stuff like this?

Yeah it's wild how fast that stuff disappears. Makes you wonder about all the pet rock and beanie baby warehouses just sitting empty somewhere.

My uncle actually bought a warehouse full of fidget spinners in 2017 (bad call). He ended up selling the plastic for recycling, so the space got reused pretty quick.

Man, I drove past the old hoverboard spot in a strip mall last year. Place is a dentist's office now. The weird part is they just painted over the old logo, you can still see the outline. Guess they just slap a new sign on the door and wait for the next thing to fill it.
