Five years in and I've had three clients tell me my hand-drawn process was outdated... always from the same type who think efficiency is the only thing that matters. @the_jake, once you hit that point where you've proven yourself enough times, you really do just laugh it off and keep working. It's not about being dramatic, it's about knowing your work speaks for itself and letting their opinion slide right off.

Wait, is this really something worth getting that worked up over? I mean, yeah, the guy sounds annoying (no argument there) but "inefficient" isn't exactly fighting words to me. Sure, hand-drawn logos take more time, but that's kind of the whole point of custom work isn't it? If you're charging a fair price and the client is happy, who cares what some random AI bro thinks about your process? I guess I just don't see the need for a dramatic "laughed in his face" moment over a word like that. Like, you can just shrug and move on with your day without making it a whole thing, you know?
