Am I the only one who still trusts hardwired sensors more?

Honestly, I just wrapped up a job where the client insisted on going fully wireless. Tbh, I pushed back and kept the hardwired motion detectors in the main halls. Ngl, when their network crapped out during the final test, the wired part stayed online without a hitch. The customer was so relieved they thanked me for not cutting corners. Sometimes sticking with what works is the real pro move.

Bet that network crash was the best free demo a wired system ever gave. Customer's relief says it all.

Ever wonder if that's why some setups seem to fail at the worst time. Like, you see a system crash right before a big demo for the paid upgrade. Tbh it makes you question if the basic service was ever meant to work right. Ngl, that "relief" feels kinda planned sometimes. How do you tell a real problem from a sales pitch you didn't ask for.
