Caught my own bad habit after a service call in Tacoma

I'd been tightening panel screws with a drill for years, never thought twice. Then a homeowner watched me and asked if I knew the torque spec on that lid, turns out over-tightening was cracking the gaskets on 3 of my last 5 installs. Anyone else got a habit they only noticed because a customer said something?
