That day I swapped the keypad for a touchscreen and lost a customer
After 3 years of installing the same panel, I switched to the newer touchscreen model for a job in Tacoma and the homeowner couldn't figure out how to arm it, so they called me back twice before asking for the old keypad back, has anyone else run into clients that just can't handle a change like that?
