Unpopular opinion: I stopped using zone lists on paper and started taking phone pics at the panel
Was on a job in Fresno two weeks ago with 34 zones and the homeowner kept moving furniture over the labels. I chose phone pics over drawing my own zone map and it saved me twice during the walk test. Now I just snap the panel and the keypad, then name files by address. Anyone else ditched the clipboard for this or am I asking for trouble when the phone dies?
