A strip of electrical tape saved me a $140 board swap on a dryer
Had a dryer last Tuesday that kept shutting off mid cycle and the control board was reading fine on my meter, so I was about to quote the lady $140 for a new one. Turned out the wire harness clip had a tiny crack that let it wiggle loose when the drum spun, and a strip of electrical tape to shim it tight fixed the whole thing in 5 minutes. Anyone else got a cheap fix that beat the obvious part swap?
