Appreciation post: the 4 inch trowel I hated for 2 field seasons in Arizona
I cussed that tiny trowel every day at our Fort Apache dig near Show Low, then last week a 6 inch one shattered a 900 year old bone fragment I was lifting. Anyone else switch to shorter tools after a bad break?
