PSA: Took me 6 hours to fix a leaky toilet flapper last Sunday

Turned out the chain was just too long, getting caught under the flap. Anybody else waste a whole afternoon on a stupid simple fix like that?

Didn't I read something about how most toilet fixes are just chain adjustments?

That chain thing got me too. Three hours swapping out the whole flapper assembly before I realized the old chain was just twisted up. Felt like a real idiot afterward.
