Serious question, I saw my local park go from a trash pit to a clean space in about 3 months.

One side says it's the new volunteer group, the other says it's the city finally putting in more bins. What do you think made the real difference?

Volunteer group" makes me wonder if the city also changed its trash pickup schedule.

Seriously, that's a weird jump to make. Trash pickup is a whole city budget thing, and volunteers are just people trying to help. Those two things don't really connect at all.
