Spent 4 hours trying to cancel a subscription I signed up for in 10 seconds
I signed up for a meal kit service on a whim last Tuesday. Took me maybe 10 seconds to enter my email and hit subscribe. Then I tried to cancel it. Four hours. I had to call three different numbers, sit on hold for 45 minutes each time, and finally talk to a supervisor who asked me why I wanted to leave. All that just to stop getting boxes of overpriced pasta I never ordered. Has anyone else spent way too long just trying to get out of something you got into in seconds?
