That $350 crawl space 'fix' turned into a raccoon hotel
Paid a handyman $350 to seal up what I thought was the last gap under my Decatur bungalow. Three nights later I heard scratching and realized the raccoon was already inside, he just sealed the exit. Took me another $175 to rent a trap and a whole week of peanut butter bribes to evict the furry squatter. The handyman ghosted me when I called, so now I have a spray foam scar and a new distrust of anyone with a truck and a clipboard. Anyone else pay good money for a problem that just made the original problem worse?
