That comment about my HOA fees changed how I budget for repairs
A neighbor told me I was 'just renting from the HOA' when I complained about the $275 monthly dues, so now I set aside 10% of that into a separate fund for the big stuff like the roof and driveway, has anyone else found a better way to split their reserves?
