Unpopular opinion: my neighbor on Maplewood Dr in Decatur talked me out of replacing my whole HVAC and I'm still annoyed he was right
He said the $8,400 quote for a full system swap was nuts when my 11 year old unit just needed a $180 blower motor, and sure enough it's been blowing cold for 4 months now, so has anyone else here been talked out of a big repair by a neighbor who actually knew what they were talking about?
