Last Tuesday a squirrel chewed through my attic vent screen and I caught him on the doorbell cam at 6:14am
I patched that same screen with hardware cloth in July and he went right through it anyway. Watched the clip like 9 times before I even got my coffee. Any of y'all use those little spike strips on the roof line or is that just asking for a leak?

My track record with home repairs is so bad that the squirrel probably watched me patch that screen and laughed. Spike strips feel like the same energy as me thinking a ladder and a staple gun would solve anything.
