Unpopular opinion: most Atlanta termite problems start with mulch piled too high against the house
A tech from a place off Buford Highway pointed at the mulch line on my foundation and said termites treat anything within 6 inches of the siding like a welcome mat. He scraped it back to bare concrete and found 2 mud tubes I had walked past for months. Anyone else had luck dropping their mulch line, or did you just switch to rock and call it done?
