Spent 6 months adjusting my float height by ear until a guy at the Sacramento meet pointed at my sight glass
I used to just set it at 17mm dry like the manual says, but that left me rich on the pilot jet all summer and fouling plugs at altitude. Now I pull the bowl, set it wet with the bike level, and it idles clean at 1,800 feet, so what are you all running for pilot size at sea level?

Wet setting with the bike level just makes you chase temp changes every ride, dry spec is fine.
