Was sure those $9 wiper blade refills were junk, now I'm eating my words
For 6 years I bought whole new blades every spring because I figured refills were a gimmick. Last month I finally tried the refill strips on my wife's CR-V and they've held up through 3 heavy rains in Portland without a single streak. So which is it, are refills actually the smart move or did I just get lucky with one brand?
