Appreciation post: the $1,400 quote from a broker in Dallas opened my eyes on auto transport pricing
I got 6 quotes to move a car from Dallas to Seattle and the gap between the cheapest and priciest was $1,100, so I started digging into why and realized the cheap ones are just bait and switch brokers who farm it out to whoever bids lowest at pickup time.
