Free trials usually have fine print most people skip right past. Sounds like more of a learning experience than a real burn.

Read somewhere that like 60% of people forget to cancel before the billing hits.

Yeah totally agree, I've done the same thing more times than I'd like to admit. Signed up for one of those cheap meal kit offers and completely spaced on canceling until like day 28. By the time I remembered, the full price charge had already went through and they wouldn't refund it. I mean, it's on me for not setting a reminder or something, but it still stings when you see that charge hit your account. Idk, it feels like they kind of count on people forgetting, you know?
