PSA: Our CRM crashed mid-Q4 and we lost 3 weeks of lead data

Happened last Tuesday in our Phoenix office, the auto-sync just stopped without any warning. We had to manually rebuild client lists from email backups, has anyone else dealt with a cloud service that didn't actually back up like they promised?

Is it really THAT brutal though? I mean yeah it sounds rough but sometimes people act like a bad week at work is a war crime. Maybe take a deep breath and realize it's just a job at the end of the day.
