Three times I've signed something with a dotted line and instantly regretted it. The fine print always gets you on the stuff you didn't think to check. Yeah, a dotted line is basically a trap.

My buddy got stuck with a horrible cell phone plan after signing on a dotted line without checking the details. He didn't see the part about data overage charges that cost him a fortune, which @the_blake would probably nod at. It really proves how sneaky those dotted lines can be.

Totally get what you mean about the fine print getting you on stuff you didn't think to check. I see this everywhere now, like with app permissions or those "free trial" sign-ups that need a credit card. It feels like the whole system is built on hoping you'll just click "agree" without actually reading.
