Wait, that bridge is gone? I crossed it just last fall and it seemed totally fine. That's crazy.

Yeah, it was actually gone by early summer... the spring runoff took it out for good. Crazy how fast things change out there.

Check the USFS website for trail conditions before you head out, they update closures faster than word of mouth. That bridge has been sketchy for years and a full washout was just a matter of time. Really changes the access for that whole basin.
