That time a raccoon tore through my shed roof in one night
Woke up last Tuesday in Austin to find a whole section of my rubber membrane ripped open and storage bins scattered across the yard. Had to patch it with a scrap of plywood and roofing tape at 6 AM before the rain hit anyone else deal with critters finding a weak spot like that?

Respectfully, that was probably user error sealing the roof, not the raccoon's fault.

Flip the roof over and look at the bottom side, guys. @samrodriguez, you'd see the claw marks dug in from underneath where they tried to push out, not a bad seal job. Raccoons will tear through brand new ice and water shield if they're trapped, and that's a fact from seeing it happen three times on my own porch.
