Thought my shed was "organized" until I tried to get the mower out during a downpour

Stood in the rain for 10 minutes last Saturday because I had buried the mower behind the leaf bags and the patio chairs, and it hit me that my whole "system" was just stacking stuff wherever it fit. I pulled everything out, counted 6 things I had not touched since 2022, and put the mower and gas can right by the door where they should have been from day one. What is the one thing you keep near the front of your shed no matter what?
