Warning: my backyard shed shelves sagged after I ignored the load rating
Three years ago I built basic wire shelving in my 8x6 shed near Austin, last week I put a 40 pound bag of potting soil on the top shelf and the whole middle row bent like a taco, so has anyone else just gone with plastic deck boxes instead of trusting those cheap metal brackets?

That 40 lb bag sat on it for 3 years though, how much weight did the sticker actually say?

Did you catch that one video where a guy tested those cheap metal brackets with weights and they folded like wet cardboard...... yeah same thing basically happened to mine. Deck boxes seem way safer for sure.
