PSA: that 90 day antivirus renewal auto-charge got me for $120

I mean, I thought I turned off auto-renew when I bought the 2 year plan, but apparently the fine print says it switches to full price after the initial term. Just got hit with $120 on my credit card last Tuesday and their support won't budge. Has anyone else gotten burned by these renewal tricks, or is there a way to fight it?
