Got into a 40 comment fight on YouTube over a guy claiming the moon landing was filmed in a Nevada warehouse
Last Tuesday I was scrolling through a documentary channel and found a comment with 2.3k likes saying the Apollo footage was shot in a warehouse outside Reno. The dude kept citing "shadows that don't match" and a "missing prop flag" as proof, so I spent my whole lunch break pulling up NASA's raw footage and the actual flag photos. He never replied after I dropped the links, but three other people jumped in to argue with me anyway. Is there a point where you just give up on these threads, or do you keep going for the lurkers reading along?
