Just read a tweet claiming people only use 10% of their brain and I found the actual paper it came from

It was some old neuroscience paper from the 1890s and the guy was just guessing based on how many brain cells looked active under a microscope, has anyone else dug up the source of a dumb viral claim and found it was way less legit than people make it sound?

Ngl @olivia_white93 that's wild, tbh I found a study saying breakfast is the most important meal and it was funded by a cereal company.
