Nah, I gotta disagree. A good lawn is basically an outdoor room for hanging out and the dogs to run around on. Yeah water usage can be a thing but there's ways to be smart about it without ditching the whole concept.

Totally feel you on that. My dogs would be lost without a patch of grass to roll around on, it really is their happy place. I mean there's definitely ways to make it work, like watering early in the morning or using drought resistant grass mixes. Maybe it's just me but I think people get a little too extreme about hating on lawns altogether.
