The 200th bad take I archived was from my own group chat

I keep a folder of screenshots for this exact reason, mostly to show my friends how wild people get online. Last week I hit number 200 and went through them all. Turns out the worst one was from my own cousin in a group chat, he posted that remote work is why downtown Minneapolis is dying and 'we should force everyone back to offices for the economy.' I snapped back that parking ramps being empty is not a crisis, it is a win for everyone who hated $18 daily lots. He just sent a laughing emoji. Has anyone else found that the truly terrible takes come from people you actually know, not randoms on Twitter?
