My sourdough starter finally doubled after 14 days, turns out it hated the tap water
I kept switching flours and feeding times but it only took off once I switched to bottled water, so if your starter is stuck around day 10 maybe check what's coming out of your faucet, has anyone else hit that invisible wall?

Took me 3 weeks till I figured out my water was the problem too.

Water quality varies a lot by area, so what fixed your place might not fix someone else's. If they're on city water, a simple test kit from the hardware store will tell them more than guessing. Worth the few bucks before they waste three weeks like we both did.
