Isn't there a point where a photo is just too fuzzy to use? I see what jade_shah79 means about finding shapes in blurry shots, but sometimes the grain hides everything important. You can waste a lot of time trying to read a picture that's basically static. A good eye helps, but so does knowing when to give up and ask for a clearer shot. Otherwise you're just making a style match out of thin air.
