Saw a folding chair setup at a Detroit barber expo that saved my lower back

Went to the Motor City Barber Expo last Saturday and this older dude from Cleveland had his client sit in a low folding chair while he trimmed the neckline. He said it keeps the neck straight and stops him hunching over. Tried it on 3 clients today and honestly my shoulders feel way less tight after a full 8 hour shift. Anyone else use a lower seat for certain cuts or is that just a booth thing?
