TIL about the 'good faith' exception in contract law and it changed my view on small print

I always thought any typo or missing clause voided a deal, but after reading a 2023 case summary on FindLaw, turns out courts can enforce terms if intent is clear. It surprised me how much wiggle room exists. Has anyone actually used this to win a dispute or is it just theoretical?
