Update: I thought glass tile was a nightmare, then I tried the $22 cutter from the tile shop on 7th
I avoided glass mosaic for years because everyone warned me it would chip and look terrible, so I did cheap ceramic in our hall bath back in March. My wife picked out a $9/sq ft glass sheet for the kitchen backsplash and I almost said no. The guy at the counter showed me a $22 wheel cutter and said just score it wet, don't push. Six rows in and zero chips, way cleaner than the ceramic cuts I fought with. Did I just get lucky, or is the whole glass tile fear overblown?
