Dropped $8 on a used copy of a local zine from 2011, and it called the exact plot of a movie that hit big 6 years later

Found it in a half price bin at a record store in Portland, just a stapled photocopy with a 3 page story about a fake theme park where the staff never break character. Saw the same idea blow up in a trailer a few years back and nobody ever credited the zine guy. Has anyone else found old print stuff that called a viral thing way before it popped off?
