Found a 4-year-old blog post predicting the housing crash in our town

I was digging through old local news archives last Monday and stumbled on a real estate blogger from 2019 saying our county was overbuilding by like 40% based on permit data. Six months later, three big developments went belly up and prices dropped 15% in our area. Anyone else find old predictions that ended up way too accurate?

@young.michael probably called it right honestly. Shorting a market like this usually backfires unless you know something major is coming. That blogger must have had some solid info or a really lucky guess.
