Blew $200 on a "premium" news digest newsletter and it was just the same wire stories everyone else had
Signed up back in March because the sales page promised "the context the headlines leave out." What I actually got was roughly 4 paragraphs of rewritten AP copy and a link to the original wire piece at the bottom. I could have read the free version at my desk in Topeka and saved the money. Now I read the actual press release and the 10-K myself, and I get more out of it than I ever did from the $200 emails. What's the paid news thing you regret paying for?
