I spent 2 years grinding out daily tech explainers, passed 10,000 subs on YouTube last Tuesday, and the notification sat there for hours before I even blinked. The real twist is that my video about a simple router fix got 40k views while my deep research piece on ISP throttling stalled at 900, so the milestone felt completely random.
