The whole 'record low unemployment' thing doesn't match what I'm seeing at all
My crew tried to hire a couple of new guys for a job in Boise last week, and the only applicants were people who ghosted the interview or wanted $40 an hour with zero experience. The news says everyone's working, but on the ground it feels like a total disconnect. Anyone else in a trade seeing this weird gap between the stats and reality?
