Tried to fix a simple leak under my kitchen sink and it took 4 damn days
I saw a little puddle under the pipe last Tuesday, figured I'd just tighten the connection or swap a washer. Spent the first 2 hours stripping the old nut because it was rusted solid. Ended up having to cut the pipe, replace half the drain assembly, and make 3 trips to Home Depot because I kept buying the wrong size. Has anyone else had a "quick fix" turn into a weekend project that made you question your life choices?
