Customer said my brake bleed was 'too clean' and he was right

...and honestly that's the kind of feedback you can't even get mad about because it's weirdly true. I had a guy once complain that my oil change was "too smooth" and that the filter was on too easy, like he wanted me to fight with it or something. Customers really do be out here looking for problems where there aren't any, and sometimes you just gotta laugh and hand them the keys. But hey, at least they're paying attention, right? Way better than the ones who drive off with the old filter still in the box.

They really do be inventing things to be mad about sometimes, huh? I had a guy once get annoyed that I torqued his lug nuts to spec instead of just cranking them with an impact gun, said it felt "too precise" like that was somehow a bad thing. You just gotta smile and nod, hand over the keys, and let them go on their way. At least that dude was looking at something, right? The ones who tune out completely are the ones who come back three days later with a warning light on and no memory of ever being in the shop. Honestly, a complaint about smooth work is a complaint I'll take any day of the week.
