Hot take: Building a wall mount for my bikes cleared up so much garage space
I got tired of tripping over bikes in my garage every time I needed to fix something. So I made some basic hooks from old pipe fittings to hang them up. It took a whole weekend to get it right, but now the floor is totally clear. I can actually reach my toolbox without crawling over frames. Maybe it's just me but having an organized spot makes working on bikes way less of a hassle.

Ever try to find a 10mm socket in a disaster zone? Stone.evan is right, you waste half the job just looking for stuff. My own garage chaos definitely added an hour to my brake job last week.
