He watched me true it in 20 seconds, then asked why I charged $15 for something so easy, and now I always ask customers to watch a full wheel build before they question the labor rate, has anyone else had a customer treat a quick fix like it should be free?

I used to think the same way, that a quick fix shouldn't cost much. Then I spent a whole afternoon watching a guy rebuild a hub and realized I was paying for the years of practice, not the 20 seconds. Your trick with the wheel build is smart, it makes the invisible work finally show.
