I finally picked between starting 'Severance' or 'The Bear' this weekend

My friend in Seattle kept telling me to watch 'Severance', but I saw 'The Bear' won a bunch of awards. I went with 'The Bear' and finished the whole first season in one sitting, it was that good. Has anyone else watched both and think I made the right call?

Saw a reviewer call The Bear a masterclass in stress and food. They nailed it. That scene where the ticket machine just keeps printing during the rush gave me actual anxiety. Severance is a slow burn mystery, but you picked the show that hits you right in the gut. Both are great but binging The Bear first was the move.

Masterclass in stress" is the perfect way to put it. I had to pause that ticket machine scene and just breathe for a minute. Starting with that intense vibe makes Severance feel like a needed cool down after.
